Dorados to Hold Open Tryout

Hidalgo, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Dorados (af2) will hold an open tryout camp on Saturday, January 21, at Sharyland High School in preparation for the 2006 football season.
Players must bring cleats for the grass field and be ready to compete in various drills, including 1-on-1's and the 40-yard dash.
There is a $25 entry fee and t-shirts will be provided for participation. Registration begins at 8 a.m. There is no pre-registration.
The Dorados, under the direction of head coach Marty Hammond, will begin their third season of af2 action on Friday, March 31, at Central Valley. They begin the home portion of the 16-game schedule on Saturday, April 7 vs. Tulsa at Dodge Arena.
