NORWICH-The Connecticut Tigers return to Dodd Stadium on Tuesday, July 20 for the first of a five-game home stand that includes plenty of affordable family fun and wild promotions! The Tigers will play Tuesday through Friday at Dodd Stadium with a special home game on Saturday, July 24 at Doubleday Field in Cooperstown, NY against the Tri-City ValleyCats (Houston Astros) in the New York-Penn League Hall of Fame Game during Induction Weekend at the Baseball Hall of Fame.

The fun starts on Tuesday, July 20 with the first of a three-game series against the Vermont Lake Monsters (Washington Nationals) at 7:05 p.m. It's a special "Two for Tuesday" at the ballpark presented by Price Chopper where fans can buy one reserved ticket and receive one reserved ticket free when they present their Price Chopper Advantage Card. Additionally, fans can buy one ticket, get one free anywhere in the ballpark when they present a Kraft Singles Wrapper at the Dodd Stadium Box Office. It's also Racing Night where fans can register to win two tickets to the Sylvania 300 at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday, September 19. Stock cars and drivers from the Waterford Speed Bowl will on hand for picture opportunities with the fans!

The series continues Wednesday, July 21 between the Tigers and Lake Monsters at 7:05 p.m. It's Wicked Wild Wednesday with four tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas and a program all for just $40.00. It's also St. Patrick's Night in July where fans can enjoy green beer at the ballpark. On Thursday, July 22 it's Thirsty Thursday at 7:05 p.m. with Bud and Bud Light specials during the game. On Friday, July 23 the Tigers take on the Tri-City ValleyCats at 7:05 p.m. It's a Friday Fireworks Show after the game sponsored by XtraMart Convenience Stories and Atlas PyroVision.

TIGER TRACKS: The Tigers and ValleyCats finish their series on Saturday, July 24 in Cooperstown, NY at 1:05 p.m. The Tigers will be providing a one-day bus trip for fans to the game that includes transportation to and from Cooperstown, covered, grandstand admission to the game at Doubleday Field, admission to the Hall of Fame and a bagged lunch from Panera Bread. Tickets for the trip cost $50.00 for adults and $40.00 for kids 12 and under. To reserve your place on the bus trip, please call the Tigers at (860) 887-7962.

The bus will leave from Dodd Stadium at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and arrive in Cooperstown at 11:30 a.m. Fans will be free to attend the Tigers game at 1:00 and tour the Hall of Fame before and after the game. The bus will depart Cooperstown at 8:00 p.m. and arrive at Dodd Stadium at approximately 11:30 p.m.

The Tigers' next home stand begins Tuesday, July 20 against the Vermont Lake Monsters, the short-season A affiliate of the Washington Nationals.
