SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Abilene Prairie Dogs filled out their roster on Saturday evening by adding third baseman Jason Crosland.
Crosland, who had spent six seasons with the San Angelo Colts, will switch dugouts and play for the Dogs on Saturday. The Rupert, Idaho native is batting .236 this season with seven home runs and 42 R.B.I.s.
The Prairie Dogs have acquired Crosland in exchange for a player to be named later; he will play third and bat sixth for Abilene when they square off with the Colts in San Angelo at 7:05 on Saturday night.
