Tri-City Diesel News Release
Kearney, Nebraska-The Tri-City Diesel is preparing for what could be their toughest match-up of the season. The Diesel will host the Omaha Beef this Saturday at 7:30 pm. The Omaha Beef has started their season with an undefeated record of 3-0.
Head Coach Robert Fuller is very familiar with this Omaha Beef team. Fuller was an assistant coach for the Beef last season before coming to the Tri-City Diesel as a Head Coach. Coach Fuller is very excited about the opportunity to play against his former team because he knows the majority of the team and they are hands down the favorite to win the league. Fuller stated, "Beating the Beef is a monumental task, and we need to be efficient in running our offense and stick to our game plan. Their defense is outstanding so we need to be at the top of our game offensively and not be disrupted by their defense to have a chance to come close to win in the end."
Coach Fuller and the Tri-City Diesel are looking forward to this tough match-up and are looking to upset one of the best teams in the league. Tickets are available for this exciting game by calling the ticket office at 308-338-8011.
