
Diesel Bring Four More into Camp

Tri-City Diesel News Release
The Tri-City Diesel have signed four new players this week. The additions include an offensive lineman, a linebacker and two wide receiver/defensive backs.
Topping the list is offensive lineman Mike Maroney from Ellendale, North Dakota. Maroney, 6'2", 290 lbs., played his college ball at Trinity Bible College in North Dakota where he was a three-year starter as well as a three-year all-conference selection. He was also a two-time all-american selection and was voted the best offensive lineman in his conference during his senior year.
Justin Leach joins the team as a 6'3", 240 lb. middle linebacker out of Davis, California. Leach played at Butte College where he was selected as the Academic Athlete of the Year, following that he played three years at UC Davis.
Also joining the Diesel is Tywone Grady, a 6'0", 197 lb. defensive back/wide receiver. Grady started his college career at Division III Thomas Moore College, after one year he transferred to the University of Kentucky. Following an injury, he transferred to Kentucky State University where he finished his college career. The Diesel also signed Terry McClain, a 5'11", 200 lb. wide receiver/defensive back from San Dimas, California.
The Tri-City Diesel begin their season at Enid, OK on March 21st at 7:35 p.m. A reminder that tickets for the 2003 season are still on sale, call (308) 338-8180 for tickets or information.
