
Devin DiDiomete Returns to the Express

Hoffman Estates, IL - The Chicago Express, proud member of the ECHL and proud affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, announced today that LW Devin DiDiomete has been returned to the Express from the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League.
DiDiomete made his first trek to the AHL since joining the Express earlier this season, although he also played in two games with the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins at the beginning of the year. The 5-11, 205 pound forward dressed for the Houston Aeros in last night's game during Houston's 3-0 loss at the hands of the Milwaukee Admirals. He played 63 games with the Connecticut Whale (AHL) last year, where his 303 PIM were good enough for third in the league. The Stratford, ON, native has now played in 173 AHL games with 21 points and 663 PIM. In 25 games with the Express, DiDiomete has nine goals and nine assists for 18 points along with 174 PIM and a plus-6 rating.
Chicago returns home on Friday, February 17, against the Gwinnett Gladiators for a Dollar Friday at the Sears Centre Arena, featuring one dollar beers and one dollar hot dogs. The Express are also at home on Saturday, February 18, against division rival Cincinnati.
