Princeton WhistlePigs News Release
The Princeton Devil Rays baseball franchise will be hosting a Saturday, May 27 bus trip to Pittsburgh, PA for area fans to see the 2005 National League Champion Houston Astros play the Pittsburgh Pirates in a 7:05 p.m. Major League Baseball game at Pittsburgh's PNC Park. Cost of the trip is $80.00 per person and includes all transportation and game ticket fees as well as a complimentary Pirates baseball hat for all passengers, courtesy of the Pirates' group sales department.
Also, all fans attending the May 27 game are scheduled to receive a complimentary Oliver Perez/Mike Gonzalez "Fire and Ice" bobblehead doll as they enter the gates.
The trip will be made aboard an air-conditioned 55-passenger Coach USA bus, which will depart the Hunnicutt Field parking area in front of the ticket office at 11:00 a.m. on the day of the game and will include an approximately one hour lunch/shopping stop in mid-trip before arriving in Pittsburgh. The bus will return to Princeton immediately following the game.
Since this is a major league game with reserved seating involved, all payments will be accepted by the Princeton Devil Rays until April 7 or until the bus is full, whichever happens first.
