Detroit's Kelly aims for 600th touchdown on NBC this Sunday

NEW YORK -- Detroit Fury QB ANDY KELLY needs four passing touchdowns to become the second quarterback to reach the AFL career milestone of 600 (New York's AARON GARCIA, 609). Kelly and the Fury (4-7) host Chicago Rush (7-4) this Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on NBC.

Entering this Sunday's game, Kelly (6-3, 220, Tennessee) has 596 AFL passing touchdowns. Combined with 17 touchdown passes he recorded in NFL-Europe (Rhein Fire), Kelly has thrown for 613 touchdowns in his pro football career, more than any other quarterback.

The former Volunteer became the first AFL quarterback to surpass 30,000 career-passing yards earlier this season in the Fury's Week 9 win over the Georgia Force (April 1). He currently holds AFL career passing record for yards (30,727), attempts (4,491) and completions (2,743).
