SHOCK ALL-STARS FORD AND SMITH BRING FITNESS INTO FOCUS

A staff slam dunk contest, singing children and two WNBA All-stars headlined the August 10th Be Fit, Be Smart, Be Yourself event held at the Focus: HOPE Center for Children in Detroit. The children went crazy while they waited for newly acquired Shock superstar Katie Smith and Cheryl Ford during a slam dunk contest on Focus: HOPE'S 8 foot basketball hoop. As each child left, they were handed a goodie bag and stopped by an autograph table where Cheryl Ford and Katie Smith were happy to sign everything kids brought their way.
