Destroyers Announce Partnership with 97.1 the Fan

COLUMBUS - The Columbus Destroyers, presented by GermainCars.com, announced today that "Destroyers All-Access," featuring head coach Matthew Sauk will debut tonight on 97.1 The Fan and air every Monday night throughout the duration of the 2019 season. Tonight's episode will begin at the conclusion of the Blue Jackets' Game 6 matchup versus the Boston Bruins, with all remaining shows airing weekly from 8:00-9:00pm.

"To be able to team up with a tremendous partner like 97.1 Fan is incredibly exciting for us," said Destroyers Chief Operating Officer Rich Witmeyer. "Their resume speaks for itself and they've been well-established in the Columbus market for quite some time. This is a great opportunity and we can't wait to get this partnership rolling tonight."

The show, which will be hosted by 97.1 The Fan on-air talent Tim Hall, will feature team updates from coach Sauk, analysis and a review of the team's performance from the prior weekend, a preview and a look into the team's upcoming opponent that week, as well as occasional player guests, and much more.
