Over the past two seasons, the Dallas Desperados have resurrected Arena football in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex â winning the Central Division title last spring and appearing in the playoffs each of the team's first two seasons. In the process, they brought a fast-paced, high-scoring, fan-friendly game back to North Texas. And now it's time to get on board for the 2004 season as season tickets go on sale Wednesday, Oct. 1.
After playing the 2003 season at Reunion Arena, the Desperados return to their inaugural home â the American Airlines Center â for the 2004 season. Going to the American Airlines Center gives Desperados fans the opportunity to see exciting, edge-of-your-seat football in one of the most technologically advanced arenas in the country. The advanced audio and video systems in the arena will provide fans with a more intense game day experience while allowing them to become a greater part of the action.
Season ticket packages start as low as $90 and include all eight regular season home games and the first home playoff game. All season ticket holders will be invited to attend a special function prior to the start of the season where they will get to meet, talk to and get autographs from all the players on the 2004 Desperados rosters, the coaching staff and the Dallas Desperados Dancers. Those people that purchase four lower level season tickets will also receive a football autographed by Dallas Cowboys safety Roy Williams.

The Desperados and the rest of the Arena Football League kick off the 2004 season the weekend of Feb. 6-8. The AFL will be releasing the 2004 schedule in the coming weeks.
