Desperados finalize roster

With several personnel moves over the weekend, the Dallas Desperados finalized their 2005 regular season roster. To reach the league mandated 24-man roster limit, the Desperados waived six players â including quarterback Scott Dreisbach â and placed another two on Reserve/Injured. The team is in the process of putting together its 2005 practice squad.
The Desperados begin preparations this week for their season opener against the Chicago Rush on Sunday, January 30. The Rush visit American Airlines Center. The Desperados enter the season looking to improve upon last seasons 6-10 finish.
