Denver's Vincent Arseneau Named CHL Rookie of the Month

GLENDALE, AZ (April 2, 2014) -The Central Hockey League announced today that Denver Cutthroats forward Vincent Arseneau has been named the recipient of the Central Hockey League Rookie of the Month (March/2014).

The 22-year-old finished the month with 11 goals and five assists in 15 games and carried a +3 plus/minus rating. Three of Arseneau's goals were game winners and he started the month with a CHL season-best eight game goal scoring streak (scored 10 goals over those eight games). The hightlight of the month came on March 14 when he notched his second professional hat trick, along with an assist, in a 6-3 win over Quad City.

CHL Rookie Scoring Leaders

On the season, the Iles-de-la-Made, Quebec native is sixth among all rookies with 37 points and his 242 goals are tied for third among all first year players.
