
Denver Dynamite Signs MISL Veteran Chris Handsor

The Denver Dynamite of the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL-Pro) are pleased to announce that they have made their largest acquisition to date; signing Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) Veteran and 3 time champion, Chris Handsor for the 2008-09 season. Per club policy, terms of the deals will not be disclosed.
Chris Handsor will don the Denver Dynamite jersey as he suits up for his 13th season as a professional arena soccer player. Handsor enjoyed great success last season with the California Cougars-- netting 11 goals and 13 assists in just 15 games-- before he was sidelined with an injury. Handsor achieved a career-high 36 goals and 26 assists in 42 games as a member of the Philadelphia Kixx during their 2001-02 campaign. In all, he has appeared in 319 professional games tallying 222 goals and 173 assists.
Chris started his professional indoor soccer career with the Cleveland Crunch of the National Professional Soccer League (NPSL) in 1995-96 where he won his first championship with the Crunch that season. He was a member of the Philadelphia Kixx for their championship season in 2002-03 and was named MVP of the MISL Championship Series. Handsor won his third MISL championship as a member of the Baltimore Blast the following season.

PASL-Pro is a new professional arena soccer league whose inaugural season kicks off October 25, 2008. The Dynamite open up their campaign on November, 1st in Calgary then return home to host Detroit Waza on November 15th at the Denver Sports Center. The PASL-Pro consists of 8 US teams, the CMISL, and LMFR. The San Diego Sockers have been added for the 2009/10 season. PASL Premier just completed its 10th season as the nation's top amateur arena soccer league. PASL-Pro and PASL-Premier are members of the Federacion Internacional de Futbol Rapido (FIFRA).
