Looking Ahead: The Denver Cutthroats reclaimed their lead 3-2 in the opening round Playoff series against the Tulsa Oilers on Saturday, April 12.

Shutout: The Denver Cutthroats became the first team in the 2014 Playoffs to hold their opponent to zero goals in a single game. The Cutthroats shutout the Oilers on Saturday, April 12 at the Denver Coliseum.

Jaw-Dropping Performance: Denver Cutthroats netminder Kent Patterson stopped 52 of 52 shots on goal on Saturday, April 12. His 52 saves marked the highest number of total shots in a single game against Denver in the 2013-14 regular and post-season.

Team Leaders: A.J. Gale leads the Denver Cutthroats in assists with six. Linemate Troy Schwab leads the team with a total of four goals. He is the only player to notch a point in each of the games in the opening round of the Playoff series against the Tulsa Oilers. Gale (one goal, six assists) and Schwab (four goals, three assists) lead the Cutthroats with seven total points each. J.P. Chabot has tallied 14 total penalty minutes to sit at the top of Denver's roster. Garett Bembridge is first in shots on goal with 23 for the Cutthroats.
