
Dayton Dutch Lions FC sets first date for open tryouts

Dayton, OH. The Dayton Dutch Lions FC has set the date for their first open player trials for the 2013 season. This session is scheduled for Saturday, November 10. The Dayton Dutch Lions FC have consistently used its trials as a source for identifying new players for their men's USL Pro team and their Super 20's team (born before 1/1/93).
The November trials are open to all via the application process.
Players attending the trials will be assessed by the Dayton Dutch Lions FC's coaching staff during training games played at the turf field at The Miami Valley School located at 5151 Denise Drive, Dayton, OH 45429.
Registration
Players interested in applying for the trials should complete the online registration available at www.daytondutchlionsfc.com. The try-out fee is $100 for the USL Pro Team registrations and $40 for The Super-20 registrations. This fee includes a complementary catered lunch from Chipotle and a discounted hotel fee of $59 per night at The Crowne Plaza located in downtown Dayton.
Formed in 2009, the Dayton Dutch Lions FC competes in the USL Pro, one level below major league soccer in the U.S. In addition to USL PRO, the Dutch Lions also compete in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, reaching the semi-finals in the 2012 season.
