Dallas Jackals Team up with BMW Dallas Marathon Festival in Official Community Partnership

Dallas, TX - The Dallas Jackals of Major League Rugby proudly announce their community partnership with the BMW Dallas Marathon Festival. This exciting collaboration brings together two dynamic Dallas forces to celebrate endurance fitness and community spirit.

"We are thrilled to support runners in the DFW Metroplex. We strongly believe in the power of community sports and the common ground it produces." said Jackals COO Rodd Newhouse. He added, "I've been involved with the BMW Dallas Marathon since 2016, and have witnessed firsthand the incredible impact it has on individuals and the community as a whole."

The Jackals invite the public to join their pack in the following ways leading up to the BMW Dallas Marathon Festival:

1. Run with the Pack: Join our Pack and participate in the action on Race Day! Run (or walk) alongside staff, coaches, and owners in the 5k, 10k, half, or full marathon distances. The first 8 participants receive complimentary registration, 2 tickets to a regular season

home match, a t-shirt, and Jackal's swag. Contact lorib@Lux214.com for the registration code.

2. Cheer with Pack: Get loud! Get rowdy and show your Jackals pride. Cheer fan volunteers who are pre-registered can reserve a spot inside the official cheer station. The cheer station is located at Cedar Springs and Blackburn on mile 4 of the course. Contact lorib@lux214.com to reserve your spot.

The general public is also invited to cheer on local youngsters alongside team owners, and Jax the mascot during the Oncor Kid's Race on December 9th. Look for the Dallas Jackals at the finish line!

"Running and physical fitness are fundamental in most professional sports, especially in professional rugby, so the Dallas Jackals are excited to support and participate in this year's BMW Dallas Marathon." said Jackals Co-Managing Partner, John P. Dwyer.

Additionally, don't miss Jackals players and Jax the mascot at the Health & Fitness Expo on Friday, December 8th and Saturday, December 9th where they will be giving away exclusive swag and taking photos during packet pick-up.
