
Dallas Jackals Sign Center Manuel Covella

ARLINGTON, TX - The Dallas Jackals have signed Manuel Covella, outside center, for the 2024 Major League Rugby season. The 6'2", 200 pound Covella is from Argentina and played for Club Gimnasia y Esgrima de Rosario. Covella also played for Argentina's national team with Pumitas U19 and Pumas 7s Senior.
Covella stated, "I'm really excited to join the Dallas Jackals, I've heard great things about Dallas, Texas and can't wait to be there."
Dallas Jackals General Manager, Santiago Sodini, spoke highly of Covella and said, "He should make a great impact on this team. He is known for having good passing skills, a strong tackle, and making clever moves."
