Friday night vs. the Fever: Wolves quarterback Darakatatalib "Dak" Britt was all over the Rimrock Auto Arena- throwing 4 touchdown passes, 0 interceptions and leading the team with 71 rushing yards and 2 rushing touchdowns. Regginald Lewis Jr. hauled in one of Britt's four touchdown passes and returned another for a touchdown on a 49-yard kickoff return. Defensive back Michael Green intercepted his 6th pass of the season and now ranks No. 1 in the IFL.
The Wolves extended their winning streak to three (3-0) with their 61-50 victory over the Fever:
"Dak" Britt produced 4 touchdowns through the air and 2 touchdowns on the ground.
Regginald Lewis Jr. scored 2 touchdowns- one through the air and one on a kickoff return.
Julian Laing rushed for 2 touchdowns- upping his total to 8 touchdowns, last three weeks.
Michael Green nabbed his 6th INT of the season- ranking him No. 1 in the IFL this year.
After adding another four touchdown passes to his season's total (25), Britt has continued to maintain one of the league's best touchdown pass percentages (13.96)- ranking him No. 3 amongst quarterbacks with at least 100 passing attempts.
With the Wolves third consecutive victory- they've extended a winning streak that has made them the hottest team in the Intense Conference. The Fever and Nighthawks have both lost two games in a row. The Danger lost their last game. The Ice, who will face the Wolves Saturday, won their last game. If the last three weeks are any indication of what's to come: #StayTuned.
