WEDNESDAY NIGHT HIGHLIGHTS...top performers from Wednesday's games
v A pair of Wizards led Dakota with double-double performances, as Maurice Baker finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds, and Kevin Lyde finished with 10 points and 17 rebounds in the win.
v Brian Jackson of the Utah Flash finished with a team-high 19 points in the win over Rio Grande Valley.
v Tulsa's Mike Hall recorded a team-high 30 points as the 66ers downed the Bakersfield Jam by 10 points.
D-LEAGUE SHOWCASE TIPS OFF MONDAY: The fourth annual D-League Showcase will be held in Boise, Idaho on the Stampede's home court of Qwest Arena on January 14-17, 2008. The Stampede will host all 14 D-League teams, who, along with general managers, player personnel and scouts from each of the 30 NBA teams will come together for 14 games over four days to highlight the league's talent. McRoberts Just In Time For Showcase: The Portland Trail Blazers yesterday assigned rookie forward Josh McRoberts to the Idaho Stampede, just in time for the 14-game D-League Showcase Idaho will host beginning on Monday. McRoberts, 6-10, 240 pounds, appeared in three games for the Trail Blazers before his assignment and averaged 1.3 points in 2.3 minutes.
