RESPECT YOUR ELDER: With three games to play, Austin's BJ Elder has already laid claim to the league single-season record with 356 field goals made. Nate Johnson held the previous record with 354 in 2002-03 for Columbus.
YEAR OF THE TRIPLE: There were just three triple-doubles recorded in the first five seasons of the D-League. This season there have been 14 with two weeks left to play in the regular season. Current Los Angeles Clippers guard Will Conroy recorded three while with Tulsa to lead the league.
SPEAKING OF WILL: Conroy also led the league in double-doubles with 20. Colorado center Elton Brown's 19 are the most among active D-League players. Tang Hamilton holds the league mark with 25 in 2002-03 with Columbus.
CLOCKING IN: Four players have already surpassed Cory Alexander's record for minutes played in a season. Alexander logged 1,794 in 2002-03. Anaheim's Jawad Williams and Andre Owens lead the league with 1,914 and 1,891, respectively, followed by Clay Tucker of Arkansas (1,838) and Idaho's Randy Livingston (1,806).
