COMFORTS OF HOME: Bucking the league-wide statistical trend, Tulsa and Albuquerque are both playing .700 ball at home with identical 7-3 records. The league combined is just 47-41 at home (.534) and eight games under .500 taking away the 66ers and T-Birds home records.
THEY SAID IT: "It's an opportunity for me to come in and develop my game. And, in the process, I ran into some great guys in Coach Dennis Johnson and my teammates..." Austin Toros player Andre Emmett said to News 8 in Austin about playing in the D-League. Emmett, from Texas Tech, is the only player in Big 12 Conference history to be named first-team all-conference three straight years.
DIFFERENT 6's: Florida had its six-game win streak snapped in a big way at Fort Worth Tuesday night, but exactly one year ago to this date, the Flame had won just six games and was 9½ games out of first place instead of owning the top spot, 1½ games ahead of the Flyers.
