Cyclones Get Ready for Return to Home Ice

December 11, 2007 - Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) - Twin City Cyclones News Release

The Twin City Cyclones make their return to home ice this Thursday and Friday at the LJVM-Coliseum Annex. The Cyclones will host the Fayetteville FireAntz on Thursday and the Richmond Renegades on Friday. Game time for both games is 7:30PM.

Thursday is Military Appreciation Night. The Cyclones, in conjuction with local businesses and members of the military, have planned an exciting evening to honor all those who have served, who are currently serving, and those with family members in the armed forces.

The Cyclones would like to extend a special "thank you" to the following business who generously contributed to the evening by purchasing tickets to donate to the military: First Community Bank, Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, Time Warner Cable, Harris Teeter, Hanesbrands, and Jersey Mike's Subs. Please support these businesses, as they have supported the military.

"Without the support of the community and local businesses, it would almost be impossible for us to be here, so we sincerely thank our sponsors for their fine support," commented Mark Richards, General Manager and Heach Coach of the Cyclones.

The Cyclones will be wearing specialty America-themed jerseys to celebrate the evening.

Friday night is Toys for Tots and Teddy Bear Toss Night. Be sure to bring toys to help children in need this holiday season! Also, stick around following the game, as the Cyclones auction off the specialty America-themed jerseys!
