Cutthroats Announce Opening Night Roster

DENVER, CO - The Denver Cutthroats announced their official roster today as the team prepares to begin their inaugural season in the Central Hockey League this weekend against the visiting Missouri Mavericks.

Game time is set for 7:05 PM MST for both games.

CHL teams were required to submit their final 19-man roster today for the start of the season, plus any players that will start the season in the Injured Reserve list.

The Cutthroats opening night roster includes:

#3 Markus Lauridsen, D

#4 Gabriel Beaupre, D

#8 Sean Zimmerman, D

#9 Troy Schwab, F

#10 Jamie MacQueen, F

#12 Phil Tesoriero, D

#14 Andrew Coles, F

#15 Ben Wilson, F

#16 Tony Mosey, F

#17 Luke Fulghum, F

#19 Brett Lutes, F

#20 Mario Boilard, F

#21 Steve Makway, D

#22 AJ Gale, F

#26 Nick Laporte, F

#27 Kyle Quincey, D

#37 Aaron MacKenzie, D

#31 Kieran Millan, G

#35 Kent Patterson, G

Andrew Coles will start the season in the IR, and Sean Zimmerman will serve a three-game suspension at the start of the season. Zimmerman's suspension was handed down by the league earlier this week as the result of a hit during the team's final preseason contest against the Tulsa Oilers.
