Custmbite to Again Provide Official Mouthguard of UFL

September 13, 2010 - United Football League (UFL 1) News Release

The United Football League today announced that CustMbite will again be the league's official mouth guard when the new season kicks off on September 18.

CustMbite has created a unique product in the mouth guard industry - an off-the-shelf mouth guard that duplicates a product available from a dentist. In addition to the UFL, CustMbite counts the University of Notre Dame, Penn State University and the University of South Carolina as some of its better-known sports clients.

"Every player in the league will be wearing our mouth guard." said DR. MONROE ELKIN, Bs. Pharm., DMD, President/CEO of CustMbite, LLC. "Ideally, you like to see athletes have the ability to use a product that will allow them to breathe and communicate without any difficulty, while also affording them tooth protection."

CustMbite was also available to UFL players during the 2009 Premiere Season.

"It was truly a pleasure working with Dr. Elkin and the CustMbite Mouthpiece company last season," said AARON MILLER, UFL Director of Athletic Training. "Dr. Elkin has worked in general and sports dentistry for more than 30 years, so it is great to have access to a product that was developed by someone with extensive experience in the field."

CustMbite is able to provide each UFL team with colored mouthpieces that fit the color scheme of each team's uniform. Because CustMbite Mouthpieces are Latex Free, the UFL medical staff does not have to worry about a potential latex allergy.

"It was great to be able to provide our UFL players with a custom fit mouthpiece without having to pay the custom fit price," added Miller. "I look forward to another successful season with our players wearing CustMbite mouthpieces."
