CT Tigers First Round Playoff Tickets on Sale Tuesday

NORWICH, CT- The Connecticut Tigers will host Game 1 of the New York-Penn League Semi-Final series against the Tri-City ValleyCats (Astros affiliate) at Dodd Stadium on Wednesday, September 3rd at 6:35 pm. Gates will open at 5:30 pm. Tickets for the first round game will go on sale Tuesday, September 2nd at 10 am. Tickets may be purchased at the Dodd Stadium Box Office, over the phone at (860) 887-7962, or online at cttigers.com.

Pricing remains the same as the 2014 regular season with Premium Box Seats $10, Reserved Box Seats $9, and Grandstand $8. There will be a special group ticket rate of $5 per ticket when booking a group of 10 or more, which must be booked by calling the Tigers at (860) 887-7962. Luxury Suites will also be available for rent for $450 for a "single" suite (20 guests) or $800 for a "double" suite (40 guests).

The 2014 New York-Penn League playoffs consist of two rounds of best-of-three matchups. The first game of each round will be played at the site of the lower seed. The second and third (if necessary) games would be played at the site of the higher seed.

The Connecticut Tigers are the New York-Penn League affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and play a 76 game schedule that runs from mid June through early September. 2015 season tickets, and team merchandise are on sale! The front office and ticket office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and can be accessed in person, at cttigers.com, or by calling 860-887-7962.
