Lakewood, CO-The Colorado Crossover will have a new man at the helm for their second season in the International Basketball League. The Crossover have signed Eric Stoffel to coach the team in 2007.
Stoffel, a Denver native, has been a head coach at the professional level before-with the Colorado Storm (ABA). Stoffel also worked as an assistant with the San Diego Mesa College women's program. "I am very excited about the opportunity to help the Colorado Crossover compete at the top level in the IBL and challenge for a championship," said Stoffel. "I feel I bring leadership to a great organization, and a group of young men hungry to pursue their professional careers."
"We really like the qualities Eric brings to the table," said Crossover General Manager John Johnson. "He has been involved with the development of a lot of pro athletes in our area, and we expect him to be a great fit with our organization."
