Copperheads to hold tryouts

Texas Copperheads News Release
The af2's Texas Copperheads will conduct their first open tryout under new head coach Ollie Guidry on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at the Richard E. Berry Center Football Stadium. The stadium is located at 8877 Barker Cypress in Houston.
Registration will begin at 8am. A cash only registration fee of $65 will be collected from all participants.
At 9am, the Copperheads will begin testing for all offensive, defensive and specialist positions. The workouts will be conducted on a real grass brand synthetic turf surface. Participants are expected to bring cleats, comfortable workout gear, agent info and film if applicable.
Coach Guidry's tryouts will take place in two different phases. Phase one will include the forty yard dash, vertical jump and pro-shuttle. Phase two will consist of individual, one-on-one and close out workouts.
