ALBANY, NY - The Albany Conquest of arenafootball2 announced today that the club will host AFL on ESPN's Monday Night Football at The Sports Grill in Rensselaer during the 2008 season. The Conquest players and Total Tan Treasures will be available for pictures and autographs as fans join them at the Sports Grill from 7-9pm.
The Conquest will provide ticket giveaways and other great prizes at each appearance during the AFL on ESPN Monday Night Football season schedule. The Total Tan Treasures will also be on hand to root alongside Capital Region Football Fans.
The Sports Grill is the home of the 1 Pound "Empire Burger", Tommy's Southern pride St. Louis smoked ribs and your choice of 20 draft beers from around the world. The Sports Grill features a large outside deck that boasts the best view of the city of Albany. The Sports Grill offers traditional American fare in a comfortable and exciting environment with over twenty televisions. The Sports Grill is located at four Middle Mannix Rd Rensselaer and football fans can call (518) 283-4555 for more information.

Fresh off their thrilling overtime win over the Peoria Pirates the Conquest now hit the road for an important East Division game against the Manchester Wolves on Friday, April 18th at 7:30 pm at Verizon Wireless Arena in New Hampshire. Conquest fans can watch all of the action for free on af2TV via www.af2.com. Albany's next home game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26th against the Mahoning Valley Thunder; a 7:00 pm kick off at the Times Union Center.
