
Conquest to hold open tryout May 12

ALBANY, NY - The Albany Conquest of arenafootball2 today announced they will hold an open tryout Sunday, May 12 at Times Union Center.
The tryout will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. All position players and kickers are welcome to attend.

A $50 non-refundable fee is required for all pre-registered participants. Athletes
who come to the tryout without prior notice will be charged $60. Participants should
be prepared to complete any drills that are done at professional football combines
or tryouts including but not limited to Short Shuttle, 40-Yard Dash, Broad Jump,
One-on-One Drills and Position Drills. The tryout will be held indoors on a
synthetic surface, therefore individuals should bring appropriate clothing, shoes
and a mouthpiece. The Conquest, who have out-scored their opponents 110-48 in their last two games,
host the Florida Firecats at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 5 at Times Union Center. Tickets for all Conquest home games are available at the Times Union Center Box
