Fans that come to visit for Florida Seals events will get the "Seals Special Rate" when they mention the Florida Seals. Guests will stay at the Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista for only $59 a night. In addition, each Comfort Inn Seals visitor will receive two free tickets to that night's game.

"Comfort Inn LBV is pleased to be chosen as the host hotel of the Florida Seals for the 2005/2006 season. We look forward to welcoming all the Teams, their families, and their Fans," said Mercedes Richardson, Comfort Inn LBV Sales Manager.

Located in the Lake Buena Vista Resort area, just minutes from attractions, this Inn boasts 23 acres of well maintained grounds, 640 rooms, two swimming pools, the Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant (Kids Eat Free Program), the Comfort Zone Bar & Grill, a fun-filled Playground, Video Arcade Game Room and a handy Gift Shop. The hotel has Free Scheduled Shuttle service to Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. We also provide a Free Continental Breakfast.

Schedule Change: There are two changes to the 2005-06 Florida Seals schedule. The first is a flop-flop of opponents in November. The Seals will now host the Knoxville Ice Bears on Friday, November 4 beginning at 7:35pm. On Sunday, November 6 the Pee Dee Cyclones will come to Kissimmee for a 6:05pm puck drop. This has been done to better accommodate travel schedules for both teams.

Additionally the game in Jacksonville on January 7 has been moved to Tuesday, December 20. That game will still begin at 7:05 pm.

Get ready for the home opener Saturday, October 29 at the Silver Spurs Arena. The puck will drop for the first ever hockey game in the arena at 7:35 pm versus the Jacksonville Barracudas. Magnet schedules and Cheerstix will be given out to the first 3,000 fans. In addition, enjoy the Zooperstars performances throughout the game and 1980 USA Olympic Hockey Captain Mike Eruzione.
