HOUSTON - The Houston Comets announced today that the team has signed guard Felicia Ragland to a seven-day contract. The Comets also announced that the team has placed guard Kiesha Brown on the injured list with chronic left knee tendinitis.

Ragland (5-9, Oregon State ‘02), who was waived by Houston on June 1, 2005, saw limited action in three earlier games this season with the Comets. She originally signed as a free agent with Houston on March 2, 2004. Ragland was one of just two Comets to play in all 34 games last season, posting career-high averages in assists (1.1) and rebounds (2.0) while scoring 3.5 points per game.
