
Come Tailgate with Scott Enterprises and the Erie Riverrats

ERIE, PA - (10/10/08) This coming Monday night, the Erie Riverrats will again join forces with Scott Enterprises, the owner of Quaker Steak and Lube, as well as ESPN Radio, WOLF 93.9, Star 104 and Rocket 101 for the Monday Night Football Tailgate at Quaker Steak and Lube on Peach Street in Erie.
Radio personality Jim LeCorchick will be on hand to air his weekly sports radio show live from 5pm to 7pm, with Rocket 101 broadcasting live from 7pm until 8:30pm. You will also get a chance to meet Rats head coach Steven G. Folmar as well as players from the Erie Riverrats professional indoor football team. Listeners can call in to qualify to set up their tailgate party at Quaker Steak prior to the game. Ten groups will qualify and each will receive a bucket of wings, a voucher for tickets to the home opener for the 2009 Riverrats and various other prizes. During the event the best display will win additional prizes as well as the opportunity to be invited back December 28th for the finals. The grand prize winner on the 28th will win a Super Bowl party for up to 20 guests at Quaker Steak and Lube.
There are five Monday night games and two Thursday night games that involve NFL teams with local fan followings including the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Cleveland Browns, and the Buffalo Bills, in which we will feature the tailgates at Quaker Steak and Lube. The dates for the Quaker Steak Tailgate Parties include:
Sept 29 Steelers vs. Ravens
October 13 Giants vs. Browns
November 3 Steelers vs. Redskins
November 6 Broncos vs. Browns (Thursday Night)
November 17 Bills vs. Browns
November 20 Bengals vs. Steelers (Thursday Night)
December 15 Browns vs. Eagles
