Columbus Destroyers Seeking Men And Women To Join 2006 Promotions Team

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Columbus Destroyers are seeking athletic, energetic and outgoing women and men to join the 2006 Promotions Team. Applications are available now on www.ColumbusDestroyers.com. All applications must be received by Wednesday, December 14 with interviews set for Tuesday, December 20.

Prospective team members should have flexible schedules, be comfortable on camera and have the ability to motivate fans with their own enthusiasm and energy. Individuals with cheerleading background or even just "Super Fan" passion are encouraged to apply. During home games, the Promotions Team manages all of the in-arena features and recruits participants for all in-game contests during timeouts and halftime. This group is also the firing power behind the mega t-shirt launches.

Applications can be downloaded from www.ColumbusDestroyers.com and mailed to Nationwide Arena (c/o Columbus Destroyers Promotions Team, 200 W. Nationwide Blvd., Columbus, OH 43215). Applications must be received by Wednesday, December 14. Candidates selected for an interview will be notified by phone or email with invite-only interviews taking place Tuesday, December 20 beginning at 5 p.m. at Nationwide Arena. Entering its fourth season in 2006, NBC will continue to broadcast the non-stop excitement of Arena Football each Sunday throughout the season. Check your local listings for the game in your area beginning on Sunday, Jan. 29 on the AFL on NBC.
