San Angelo Colts News Release

San Angelo, Texas --- The San Angelo Colts are seeking families interested in housing players for the 2013 season.

This unique experience will allow a family to get to know a player beyond the field, and give them the insight of the player's everyday life.

Players may be assigned housing at the start of the regular season. Pending the length of the postseason, players may be in homes until early September.

Each host family receives season tickets, a parking pass, and access to special events. Many host families have developed relationships with players that have lasted long beyond the players' days in San Angelo.

If you are interested in becoming a host family, contact either Michael Clark at 234-4036, or David Riggs at 656-4081.

The Colts' 2013 season begins on Thursday, May 23, when they take on the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings in Harlingen. San Angelo's home opener at Foster Field is scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, at 7:05 p.m., when the Colts will host the Edinburg Roadrunners.

The Colts are a member of United League Baseball who will play their 14th season this year. For more information or to purchase season tickets, contact the Colts' front office at 94-COLTS.
