San Angelo Colts News Release

San Angelo, TXThe San Angelo Colts signed rookie catcher Tommy Horn today to replace the injured Trey Carter.

Horn, a Midlothan native, comes to the Colts from Texas Wesleyan University. A two-year letterwinner, Horn had a .317 career batting average while with the Rams. He hit 13 homers and drove in 81 runs in his two seasons. Horn becomes the third current Colts player to come out of the Fort Worth school, along with shortstop Butch Ballez and reliever Matt Chutchian.
