Colorado Ice Sign University of Colorado Kicker Aric Goodman

Fort Collins, CO - The Colorado Ice are proud to announce the signing of Aric Goodman to the Ice Organization.

Goodman is a 5'10", 195 lb kicker from the University of Colorado, who was rated as the 34th best kicker prospect in the 2011 draft class. Before coming to CU, Goodman spent one season at the University of Wyoming where he was named an Honorable Mention Freshman All-American after leading Wyoming in points scored; going 18-of-20 on PAT's and 10-of-16 on field goals. In his three seasons at CU, Goodman lead the team in scoring every season, ending his career tied for ninth on CU's all time scoring list.

During his time at CU, Goodman made 25 field goals, going 19-of-24 on field goals of 39 yards or less, and having a career long of 54 yards. Goodman is another home grown talent, as he spent his high school days playing for Cherry Creek High School. Goodman received numerous awards throughout his high school career, ending with him being one of the most sought after kickers in Colorado history.
