Fort Collins, CO - The Colorado Ice Indoor Football Team announces its open tryout for the 2014 Season will be Friday, January 17th, 2014 at Arena Sports in Windsor, CO. Those interested in trying out can register by going to thecoloradoice.com, calling (970) 472-0128 or stopping into the office at 218 Smokey St., Fort Collins, CO.
The tryout will take place at Arena Sports (7850 S. County Road 5, Windsor, CO 80528). Check-in and walk up registration will begin at 12:00 P.M. with the tryout commencing at 1:00 P.M.
Head Coach Heron O'Neal, along with the Ice coaching staff, will be evaluating players in a pro combine style tryout. Areas being tested are 40 yard dash, 225 bench press, vertical jump, L-drill, and W-drill.
Participants must be 21 years of age by the tryout date. Tryout fee is $50 if registered by Monday, January 13th, 2014. Walk up tryout fee is $60 and is cash only.
The Colorado Ice are proud members of the Indoor Football League (IFL). All home games are played at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, Colorado. Season ticket information is available at the Colorado Ice headquarters by calling (970) 472-0128 or going to www.thecoloradoice.com.
