
Colonels player hospitalized with collapsed lung

Ramon Taylor, a 5-11 reserve guard from Louisville's Eastern High School, has been hospitalized with a collapsed lung. Taylor complained of chest pains during practice today and was immediately taken to a local hospital by the team trainer. He is in good condition, but expected to remain hospitalized for a few days.
The Kentucky Colonels announce the signing of 6-8 forward David Hamilton of Los Angeles. Hamilton committed to Auburn coming out of Compton (Calif.) High School, where Hoop Scoop Magazine ranked him as one of the top ten forwards in the nation. Hamilton broke his leg during his freshman season at Auburn and finished his college career at Pikeville College in Pikeville, KY.
