Cleveland Gladiators Announce Open House Event

CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Gladiators are pleased to announce that on Sunday, February 17th, the team will host an Open House event at Quicken Loans Arena. The event, which is free to the public, will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. and last until 6:00 p.m.

For the first time, fans will have the chance to see the 2008 Gladiators on the actual turf playing surface. The arena will be in complete "Gladiators" configuration, complete with field goal and dasher boards assembled. With the seating designed for Gladiators home games, fans will also have the chance pick their own 2008 season ticket seats.

Head Coach Mike Wilpolt will have the team go through a light workout, before the players sign autographs for fans. Team President & CEO Bernie Kosar will be on hand, as well as a performance by the Goddesses dance team. In addition, fans will have the first opportunity to purchase official Gladiators merchandise which will be on sale at the arena during the event

The Cleveland Gladiators are set to kick off their inaugural Arena Football League season on Monday, March 3rd versus the New York Dragons at Quicken Loans Arena.
