
Cleveland Cavaliers Re-Assign Kevin Jones to NBA D-League Affiliate Canton Charge

NEW YORK, Jan. 21, 2013 - The Cleveland Cavaliers today re-assigned rookie forward Kevin Jones to the Canton Charge, Cleveland's NBA Development League affiliate. The assignment is the second of Jones' career and the record 108th of the 2012-13 NBA and NBA D-League seasons. Jones is one of the record 50 players to have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.
Jones (6-8, 260, West Virginia) has appeared in 15 games for Cleveland this season, averaging 1.9 points, 1.5 rebounds and 9.0 minutes.
During his first stint with Canton this season, Jones appeared in five games, averaging 23.6 points, 12.6 rebounds and 41.0 minutes.
Jones is expected to join Canton today and be available tonight when the team hosts the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
