Cleveland Barons News Release
The Cleveland Barons Jr. A Hockey Organization is proud to announce the release of their 2004-05 season schedule. This will be the Barons 11th season in the North American Hockey League. The Barons will again compete in the Great Lakes Division along with the Youngstown (OH) Phantoms, Toledo (OH) IceDiggers, Soo Kewadin Indians (Sault Ste. Marie, MI) and The United States National Development Teams of the under 17yr and 18yr old based out of Ann Arbor, MI.
The season again will consist of 56 games in which the Barons will face their division foes 12 times each, with the remaining 8 games will be part of two showcase tournaments. The two four game showcases involve the annual Minnesota showcase in Blaine,MN (Oct.21-25) where the Barons will play teams in the West and South division in the North American Hockey League. The final showcase will be a Great Lakes Division showcase in Boardman, OH ( Jan 13-16). This will involve all division members and the Springfield (IL) Jr. Blues.
All Barons home games again this year will be played at the IceLand USA Arena on 15381 Royalton Rd. in Strongsville, OH. For ticket information call 440-886-0512.
