Sacramento Capitals News Release
The Sacramento Capitals have selected Child Cancer Journey to be a benefit charity for the 2007 season. CCJ is a partnership of The Keaton Raphael Memorial and UC Davis Children's Hospital. The goal of the CCJ campaign is to raise 1 million dollars for a Patient Care Fund which will assist families in Northern California. The fund supports family-focused patient care programs including specialized medical equipment.
VIP tickets for the July 14th match against the St. Louis Aces benefiting CCJ are on sale now for $30.00 each. Each ticket includes a pre-match reception and reserved north bleacher seating. Westfield Galleria at Roseville will host the reception and guests will enjoy featured tastings by Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, beverages and a silent auction.
Visit the CCJ booth throughout the season and purchase tennis balls for the "ball toss". A portion of designated CAPS merchandise sales will also support CCJ.
For tickets, please contact the Sacramento Capitals at (916) 638-4001 or email Tickets@GoCaps.net.
For more information on the CCJ Campaign please contact Info@ChildCancerJourney.org or call (916) 784-6786.
