Forward Mark Ughy leads the league with 10 points, forward's Chile Farias and Stephen Armstrong each have 5 points and are tied for fifth in the league... Forward Stephen Armstrong is tied for first in the league in Vs Sixth Attacker (1).

Chicago Storm GM/COO was a member of the Wave as a player for two of Milwaukee's Championships... Storm Head Coach Steve Morris is one of only three players to have his number retired by Milwaukee... Chicago Owner/Investor Viktor Jakovljevic played for the Wave for one season (1991-92).

MISL Offensive Player of the Week: Chicago Storm forward Mark Ughy is the MISL Offensive Player of the Week for November 6, 2007. After being named to the 2007 MISL All-Second Team last season, Ughy seems to have picked up where he left off last season. The Miskolc, Hungary native scored a three-point goal, a two-point goal and he added two assists, one on the power play for a total of seven points in a 16-12 victory in Monterrey versus La Raza, Thursday, November 1st. His three-point goal was only the second of his five-season career. One of only four active players left from the Storm's inaugural season (2004-05), he currently sits atop the MISL PUMA Scoring Champion list with 10 points (1 3pt, 2 2pt, 3 Ast). This marks the second time Ughy has been named the MISL Offensive Player of the Week, he won the award in November 28, 2005. The forward is the all-time Storm leading goal scorer with 69 goals and 135 points.

Hot Streaks: Goalkeeper Jeff Richey has won twelve straight regular season games in net dating back to March 19, 2006... Midfielder Matthew Stewart has played in 78 consecutive games for the Storm, most of any Storm player... Chris Brisson has had an assist in each game this season... Target man Mark Ughy has scored at least one goal in each game this season.

Versus Milwaukee: The Storm and the Wave are dead even. The all-time record between these two clubs is 10-10... In each of the Storm's three full seasons the teams have split each season, 4-4 (2004-05), 3-3 (2005-06) and 3-3 (2006-07).

Quotes: "Thursday night's match up with Monterrey was a tough test for our team," stated head coach Steve Morris. "Some players had their first taste of international travel and playing in front of a hostile crowd. The fact that we battled back in the fourth quarter, without a full squad of players, to get the win is a testament to the hard work this team has put in and I'm proud of them."
