Chicago Riot's Radoncic Named MISL POW for 2nd Straight Week

Bato Radoncic, Chicago Riot

Riot forward Bato Radoncic tallied 10 points on four goals and two assists during Chicago's weekend split against the Omaha Vipers this past week. Radoncic netted a hat trick to lead the Riot to a 12-6 win over the Vipers on Sunday. It was Radoncic's second hat trick in three games, following his four-goal effort against Missouri on Feb. 6. He also added a goal and two assists during Saturday's 16-15 loss at Omaha. For the season, Radoncic has 15 goals, seven assists and 37 points, already surpassing his points and goals totals from the 2009-10 season. Radoncic, who was also last week's MISL Player of the Week, ranks sixth in the MISL in points this season.

About the Major Indoor Soccer League

The MISL represents the Major League of professional indoor soccer in the United States and features the finest indoor soccer players from around the world. The league currently has five member clubs for the 2010-11 season: the Baltimore Blast, Chicago Riot, Milwaukee Wave, Missouri Comets and the Omaha Vipers. The 2010-11 regular season began on November 12 and will end on March 13. The postseason will begin the following week and conclude at the end of the month.
