CHICAGO - Chicago Fire FC will close out its preseason training camp in Los Angeles with matches against Toronto FC and the LA Galaxy this week. The Fire will face Toronto at the University of California-Irvine on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 5:00 p.m. CT, before taking on the LA Galaxy at Dignity Health Sports Park on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 5:00 p.m. CT. The game against the Galaxy will be streamed live on ChicagoFireFC.com.
Entering the games against Toronto and the Galaxy, the Fire have produced a 2-2-0 record through four 2020 preseason matches. Chicago recently defeated Orange County SC 2-0 on Wednesday, Feb. 12, before falling 4-2 to the Colorado Rapids on Saturday, Feb. 15. Forwards Elliot Collier and CJ Sapong each provided a goal in both matches. Collier and Sapong lead all Fire players with three preseason goals apiece through four games played.
