Checkers 2006-07 Game-worn Jerseys Up For Auction

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte Checkers announced today that the 2006-07 game-worn jerseys are now up for auction on the team's Web site - www.gocheckers.com.
The game-worn jerseys include both white and navy sets and the starting bids range from $150 - $250. Each jersey comes with a certificate of authentication from the Charlotte Checkers signed by team president Jeff Longo.

The Checkers enter their 15th season of play as a member of the ECHL in October 2007. In the team's 14-year history, the Checkers have made the playoffs 10 times including three-consecutive playoff appearances to date. The Checkers will enter their third season of play at St. Lawrence Homes Home Ice at Charlotte Bobcats Arena this fall.
