Charlotte, NC Tryouts to Raise Funds for School Supplies

Charlotte, NC. The ABA expansion Charlotte basketball team which begins play in 2009 has decided to do a tryout for its team and also to help raise funds for school supplies for families in need. The team will hold a 2 day tryout on September 6th & 7th at Vance High School located at 7600 IBM Drive, Charlotte NC 28262 at 8am. Part of the proceeds of the tryout will be used for the school supplies. Pre-registration is done online at www.nitramenterprise.com. The fee will be $100. "While this is early for our team starting next year, it is a good way for us to identify some good players now - and also contribute to our community," stated co-owner Michele Pierre.
