
Charlo, Miles, Ewing Jr. Highlight First Round of Camp Invitees

RENO, Nev.- The Reno Bighorns have invited nine players to training camp, including former Nevada standout Mo Charlo, ex-Kansas star Aaron Miles and former Georgetown Hoya and Reno Bighorn Patrick Ewing, Jr.
Rounding out the preliminary list of invitees are Marcus Landry (Wisconsin), Donald Sloan (Texas A & M), Doug Thomas (Iowa), Roburt Sallie (Memphis), Darrin Govens (St. Joseph's) and Chris Davis (Southern). Thomas, Davis and Charlo were members of the 2009-10 Bighorns team that finished with a 28-22 record and reached the playoffs, while Ewing Jr. was on the 2008-09 Bighorns team that finished 25-25.
The final eight training camp spots will be filled by players from the 2010 NBA Development League Draft, which will be held Monday at 4 p.m. Fans are encouraged to attend the Bighorns draft party at Tamarack Junction beginning Monday at 3:30 p.m.
At the draft party, Head Coach Eric Musselman will address fans and the media after he makes the first overall pick. The number one pick is expected to be on hand as well, and fans will have a chance to meet and interact with him after he is announced.
The Bighorns begin their third season on Saturday, Nov. 20, at home against the Utah Flash. The game is expected to sell out, so fans are encouraged to get their tickets in advance.
