Charge To Host Sports and Entertainment Career Fair

VILLANOVA, PA (July 9, 2002) - The Philadelphia Charge of the WUSA will host a Sports and Entertainment Career Fair on Wednesday, July 24 at Villanova Stadium prior to their 7:00 pm game against Tiffeny Milbrett and the New York Power.

The Career Fair will start at 3:00 pm and run until approximately 6:00 pm. All attendees are encouraged to bring along their resumes, as some of the area's top local sports and entertainment vendors are expected to be present. Tickets for the event and game can be purchased in advance or on the day of the Career Fair for just $10. The Career Fair will offer opportunities ranging from internships to entry-level positions and is intended to provide all ages with an excellent opportunity to network with the industry's top executives. Among the high profile companies expected to be in attendance include; Comcast-Spectacor, Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Charge, Philadelphia Phantoms, Comcast SportsNet, Flyers Skate Zone and several minor league baseball teams. Also, Aramark Corporation, Feld Entertainment and the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles will be present.
